Bunk mates

We did it, we moved Emma out of the crib...I'm still not sure that the timing was quite right-she is really struggling with this transition.  We got the girls bunkbeds to save space and because Emma was outgrowing her crib.

Abi has the top bunk and climbs right on up and falls fast asleep within 5 minutes, but poor little Emma-I don't know if she's just too excited about it still (2 1/2 weeks later) or if she's developing insomnia, but it takes her well over an hour most nights to fall asleep.  She tries and tries-she'll lay in her bed for a while and toss and turn, then she gets up and comes out to find us-this routine goes on for about an hour or so.  We've started putting a baby gate up in her door way, but now she just stands there with the door open trying to climb over the gate.  We'll get there, it's just taking longer than I expected. Here it is!

Abi just loves it!!!
She likes to play on it at least, but not go to bed on it.

Thanks, dad, for coming and helping Steve set it up.  Thanks Renae for the cute bedding for Emma's bed, she loves it!
