Now, why don't stories like this one get published in the big papers or made a big deal of like all the people protesting against the LDS church for supporting Proposition 8? I think there are a lot of misinformed people out there that think the Mormon church is the only church that was pushing for this proposition to pass-"but so were Catholics and Jews, Evangelicals and Orthodox, African-Americans and Latinos, Asians and Anglos.

I applaud this man for speaking out and wish that the ignorant people protesting at LDS temples and making threats against Mormons would get their facts straight and realize that there are more moral people in this world than just members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints!

it is so frustrating, but obviously Satan targets the true church. We know that in California LDS members are not the majority and Prop 8 passed. Obviously more then just Mormons voted for this.

This is just crazy. And scary. People are so angry and want someone to blame all their problems on. And since we are the most obvious, why not us? Well, I am proud of what we accomplished and proud of my beliefs. Probably more so now.

People have a lot of Strong opinions about this obviously.
My cousin who has many friends in against Prop 8. She sent our entire extended family an email telling us to be open minded and excepting of same sex couples.
It crazy how much Mormons are being attacked.
I support traditional marriage and because we live in this great country we can all support our views. I am just grateful the majority supported Prop 8.
