The rest of Abi's birthday

The very first item of business we had to take care of on Abi's birthday was opening presents-there were no ifs, ans, or buts about it. This girl was so excited to see what she got for her birthday. She loved everything!

After the great Christmas tree adventure we were all ready for lunch. We decided that since it was Abi's birthday she could choose what we ate. Well, she is definitely a girl after her daddy's heart-she chose SUSHI!!! I am not sure why, but the girl LOVES this stuff!
They got a real kick out of the "kid's" chopsticks that were hooked together at one end. Made awesome funny-faces!

Emma started it. I looked over at her to find her making this face, then, of course Abi had to join in the fun!

YUM!

Later that night we had birthday cake. She was so excited to blow out the candles and make her wish. (and to eat the gluten free cake we made-thanks Betty Crocker for making a gluten free cake mix!)

And also go to bed because she couldn't wait to wear these great pj's that Grandma and Grandpa Arveseth sent her.
