So most of you out here on the lovely and HUMID east coast that know me, know that I wear my hair up pretty much everyday. Well, it's not just because I have 2 little kids and a broken outlet in the bathroom...the main reason is that my hair is OUT OF CONTROL out here with the humidity. I have spent the last 2 years trying different shampoos and conditioners in hopes to find one that can control the FRIZZ. I recently have found TresEmme and really like it, it's helping. Then on Saturday I went and got my hair cut (I found a place that would wash, cut, and style it for less than $50!!!) and loved how my hair looked all day. She didn't take much length off but she layered and thinned it out like crazy. So finally I was thinking my frizzy hair days were behind me...well, then I got up and showered on Sunday and dried my hair...it was back to it's old self!!! I guess the right cut and the right shampoo aren't any match for the humidity out here! (Unless you go to a salon where they use all the fancy hair products and take 45 minutes to dry your hair perfectly!) So, sorry to everyone who has to seem me on a regular basis, it's back to the pony tails for me! UGH!!!
P.S. If any of you know of any good hair products that can help with the frizz that aren't going to break the bank, I would love to know about 'em. I'm sure there's got to be some sort of leave in product or something that can tame these wild locks.

One thing that works for me is Aveda Hang Straight-it's like $17-but you only need a tiny bit and it lasts for a long time. Does your hair go curly at all? You could try Bumble and Bumble Surf Spray and a diffuser to make it curly. If you can't beat 'em-join 'em, right?
I say if it goes curly, embrace the curl! I have no idea how to fix frizz. I will ask my fabulous hair stylist and let you know. Fun to talk with you yesterday. I did talk to K. I'll have to call later.
So where is the funny picture of your frizzy hair?
well, my hair has static out here in the dessert winter weather, so I am not sure what to tell you. I do like Pantene leave in spray conditioner, and it is very inexpensive. I also love Biosilk. I have bought it at Fantastic Sam's, so I am not sure where you could get it. it lasts forever and does not cost much. I don't remember how much because I am still on the first bottle I ever bought.
I think your only hope is to move to a drier climate. Where could that be? hmmm.....Ü
The best product that I can think of is Bumble and Bumble Prep. It softens my hair and gets rid of flyaways and frizz. Girl I would die without it in the humidty and odd weather we put up with back east. Ugh. I only have good hair days in Utah, I swear it!
oh by the way! Tag! You're it! Check out my post Tagged!! Love, Katie
