She only looks sweet and innocent-it's all an act!Today we were driving in the car when a good song came on. I decided to sing which sparked the following conversation:
Abi: (yelling from the back seat) Mom, DON'T DO THAT!
Me: Don't do what??
Abi: SING!
Me: How come?
Abi: Cuz it's going to make Emma cry!!!
I didn't realize I had such a bad voice! I guess I should be glad for her honesty...Brittney, I guess we should go take some lessons together~ :)

oh, that is too funny! I dont think it really was your voice, just that they can't hear the regular music as well. Ryan used to say that to me and I told him that makes mommy sad and I'm going to sing anyway, b/c it makes me happy...seemed to work...today he said I was good at singing a Micheal Buble song...so just keep on a singin and they will get used to it! But this is a great story! LOL
LOL your blog made me sing. we should take singing lessons although im not sure it would help me. becasue i dont think i hear the tune too well. kids keep you humble. i love how she said it would make emma cry though.

That's hilarious! Deep down I bet she really does like your singing. :)
she was proabably ready to cry but blamed Emma. I have heard you sing many times, and you are awesome. Don't worry, Zach tells me to stop sometimes too. Maybe neither of us are good singers, I have been tricked this whole time.
I can't believe how grown up Abi is getting, so tall! Its been too long!!!
