Has this ever happened to you? You go and check the mail and see an envelope in there that is obviously a wedding invitation? You check the return address and don't recognize it, you just assume that you must know the groom? Then you open it up quickly to see who is the lucky couple getting married only to not recognize either names or either people in the picture? Then you assume it must be your husband's friend so you show it to him and he has no clue who they are either? Hmmmm....could they have mistaken us for a different Steve and Hillary Arveseth on Seir Hill Rd. in Norwalk, CT??? Probably not, there aren't many of us Arveseths around.
What do you do? Do you forget about it and throw the invite away? Do you show up at the reception and hope that seeing them in person will spark your memory as to who these strangers are? Do you get in line still not knowing who they are and confess to them when you reach them and ask how on earth theyknow you? Hmmm, what to do???

funny. We had someone show up to our reception we didn't recognize only to realize they were some of Shawn's distant relatives. Who would have known.
This is a great Steve story! Right up there with dislocating his shoulder fishing! Must be retold frequently!Ü
Yeah, we had no idea who they were either! Matt thought that maybe it was meant for Mike. Luckily Jill's on the ball and knew who they were!
