As you are all aware, Steve and I are HUGE University of Utah fans. Well, they busted into the BCS for a second time this year and we decided to celebrate this accomplishment by throwing a Sugar Bowl party to watch the game. Once again we rented out our social room and invited some great people over...we had family, friends from here, and friends from out of town. It was the perfect group to watch the game with, we had a GREAT time!!!
Of course, how could we not have a great time with the walloping Utah gave 'Bama! We definitely went into the game as the underdogs, but from the moment the game started, we proved ourselves to be the Great Danes on the field playing against a team of Chihuauas! Utes beat Bama 31-17 and stunned the nation. It's been great listening to the ESPN commentators, the FoxSports commentators (especially the one guy they made eat his words at half time), and the BCS poll voters eat their words and show some respect to our Utes...we always had faith in our team and knew they would pull this one off (maybe not quite as handily as they did, but we always believed)!
Here's hoping to a piece of the National title!

That was an awesome game! (even if it was Utah). Cute pictures of the kids! You have a good eye for photography.
